The ACT is the most common college entrance exam for Arkansas universities.  It is a timed test that requires you to answer questions in Reading, Math, Science, and English Language.  Students need to pay attention to registration deadlines and costs.  It is best if you take your first ACT during your Sophomore year of high school, if not sooner.

The SAT College Admissions Exam is also a very popular entrance exam.  It includes questions over Reading, Math, and Writing.  Students are penalized for incorrect answers on the SAT; therefore, it is very important to spend the time to study and prepare for this exam.
